Rail Car Unloading Systems
Compact “Push/Pull” Vacuum Pressure System
The rail car unloading system uses continuous Transfer Systems to unload rail cars and convey to silos or use points. A vacuum filter with vacuum blower is used for the vacuum portion of the system. A rotary valve discharges product from the vacuum filter to the pressure system and a pressure blower is utilized to convey product to the system destination.
DoverMEI’s Continuous Transfer Systems are available in permanent, skid mounted or mobile configurations. Materials of construction available are carbon steel, aluminum or stainless steel.
Materials handled include any free flowing powdered, granular or pelletized non- abrasive product.
